If your order is eligible for a return – what’s next? Follow below!

No refunds on original shipping. No further discount codes can be used on the portal.
Please follow the steps to lodge your return! We’ll guide you through this process. You may select a refund, store credit or exchange size or style.
Step 1.
Enter your order details. Both your Order Number #SL and Shipping Zip/Post Code are found on your order confirmation (emailed to you after you place your order).
Step 2.
Select the items you wish to return back to us. Please provide your reasoning for your return and let us know any design/style feedback! Please note, you will have the option here to exchange the size if you need to! As this is the same style and colour, your exchange will be a ‘straight exchange.’ You will also have more options in the next steps if you would like a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange for something else entirely!
Step 3.
Now it’s time to select your returns method. For a Refund (back to original payment) or Store Credit (receive a new Gift Card) please select the Left Tile. To exchange simply select the Right Tile. Refunds will incur a $11.95 handling fee. Opt for a Store Credit to avoid any handling fees. Exchange total will be calculated at checkout. You will be redirected to our online store to complete your shopping experience. Ensure you click 'checkout' to be redirected back to our Returns Portal. Please select the exchange method you prefer, and ensure to ‘Submit Return’.
Step 4.
Once you click ‘Submit Return’ your label will generate for your return. You will not be charged further by the carrier. If your label did not generate, please view your address at the bottom of the page and ensure it is correct (i.e., suburb not in address line, incorrect post code).
If you do not see this page, you have not finished your return lodgement.
Step 5.
You’re all set! Your return has been submitted! Please use original packaging to return your items and use the label we have provided you with. We’ll issue your Refund/Store Credit within 5-7 business days upon arrival. You will receive a separate email confirmation regarding your exchange order details.
